Amazing food by Chef Thuy Diem PhamWhat a treat from Chef Thuy Diem Pham and all the staff at the Hoi An restaurant, Shangri-la hotel, Abu Dhabi. The food was amazing and each course was perfectly paired with great wines. My taste buds were treated to a symphony of flavours that we&#39;&#39;re as deep as the ocean. Chef Thuy came out and spoke to diners in between courses and her passion for Vietnamese food had us all enthralled. Highly recommend ended and we will visit again.... When they invite Chef Thuy to Abu Dhabi again! Front of house staff were attentive, personable, uber professional and friendly. Overall, an amazing evening all round. Well done Chef Thuy and the Hoi An restaurant in the Shangri-la hotel.
